Embrace Your Spirit explores the validity of your beliefs for a life of courage and joy.  You will examine how your vision and action can change your world.  Explore simple techniques and universal principles to go from fear, anger, anxiety, stress, lost of identity, guilt, etc. to deep fulfillment, peace and joy.   Learn the principles of Karma [cause and effect] and its role in your life. Discover the value of the breath, meditation, no-reaction and introspection as you journey to self awareness and transformation to be your best self at home, work and play.

Mahatma Gandhiji is well known for the concept of Ahimsa [non-injury].  He said, ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’.  The sages of ancient times realized that Peace is determined by our internal attitude which manifests in our external world. When we are at PEACE within, we will have PEACE in our world.   If we are in pieces, there will be confusion and violence in the world.  Attend this workshop to:

  • Develop skills to live ‘ahimsa’ in every moment to ‘be the change we expect to see in the world. 

  • Learn techniques using breath, thoughts, words and actions for a mindful attitude to co-create peace

  • Discover the impact of peace on your personal and professional life, and those around us.

  • Achieve greater clarity of mind for improved self-esteem, self confidence, self worth, health, wellness, creativity, innovation, capacity and productivity. 

  • Recognize the interdependence, interconnectedness and interrelatedness with others and Mother Earth.

  • Develop an action plan to implement the skills and concepts to be peaceful in the chaos.

Co-Create Your Life [Modular]

Who will you be when you are living your purpose and potential? Discover your purpose and develop success habits for a life of deep fulfillment and joy. With ‘attention’ to your ‘intention’ you will discover the value of a life of ‘appreciation’. Examine how your vision and action can change your world. Explore how your thoughts relate to your destiny; how to draw upon your senses and the abundance of the universe to Co-Create Your Life. At the end of the session you will develop an action plan to take responsibility to ‘co-create your life’ with your new awareness of your role in the universe.

Yoga Off the Mat

The purpose of yoga is the union of mind, body and spirit; the union of the self with the Higher Self. Yoga off the Mat provides you with a mindful and conscious way to implement the principles of yoga to find peace in your chaos and co-create the life you want.  We will explore the yamas and niyamas of Patanjali Yoga Sutras and align our thoughts, words and actions for harmony and peace. You will have the opportunity to discuss successes and challenges as you practice the principles of yoga on your way to freedom, bliss and joy.
